These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.coachedbykamryn.com and the coaching services provided by Kamryn Kiper (“Coached by Kamryn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan or use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Services

Coached by Kamryn provides online fitness coaching, including personalized workout programs, nutrition guidance, and communication with your coach through a private coaching app. Our services are for general health and fitness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice — please review our Health & Fitness Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

After purchase, you’ll receive an invitation to create an account in our coaching app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, Billing & Term

  • Our coaching plans are 3-month commitments, billed at the recurring monthly price shown at checkout.
  • Your subscription is automatically set to cancel at the end of the 3-month term — it does not renew indefinitely, and no action is required on your part to end it.
  • By purchasing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the monthly amount for the duration of the 3-month term.
  • The Partner Up plan is a discounted rate available when you and a friend each sign up individually; each person is billed separately.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to follow your program at your own discretion and within your physical abilities, and to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, and materials provided through Coached by Kamryn are owned by Kamryn Kiper and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamryn Kiper is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our services or your participation in any exercise or nutrition program. You participate at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
