- Information you provide: your name and email address when you contact us or purchase a coaching plan, and any details you share during onboarding or coaching.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles all card data.
- Account information: if you become a client, an account is created for you in our coaching app (hosted on Supabase) using your name and email.
- Usage data: basic, anonymized analytics about how visitors use the site (collected via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and deliver our coaching services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send you your account invitation and service-related communications
- To respond to your questions and inquiries
- To send occasional updates or offers (you can opt out at any time)
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide our services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending emails
- Supabase — secure account and data storage
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not rely on advertising cookies or build profiles of you. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our website is served entirely over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
